Convert Your Gmail Account Into A "File Drop" Service Inbox

Google Docs service is one of the most reliable and amazing concepts which has made communication and sharing of files between two colleagues extremely easy. Google Docs is one service that has attracted more than 20 million internet and mailbox service users. Another notable service was started with Google Docs in the form of “Drop Mail” service. This service enables users to arbitrarily drop a file at your Google Docs account which you can easily access.

This concept made way for third party developers to develop apps which provide the “Dropping” service. as the name suggests is one such app that’ll help users to drop any file large or small to the Google Docs of the recipient. The recipient will then receive an e-mail having the link to that shared file, and he/she can easily access the file.

The Drop Box is as safe as you inbox. It can only be accessed by you and no one else (Well, only you have the password for your e-mail, which has the link for the shared file). It is free to use and can be integrated with your Gmail account. There is no limit set by developers of GoFileDrop to sharing the files, but yes, the limit is set by Google itself. Another notable feature to attract more and more users is that you have 50 MB of free data, now for every friend of yours introduced to GoFileDrop, you would get additional 250 MB of free data.

So no need of uploading large file attachments and then sending e-mails, no need of third party web sites to upload personal content on and then sharing. Just use and stay within the safety boundaries of Google Docs.
