Do you have too much to say in those measly 140 characters? Are you finding it hard to express your emotions as the fear of exhausting the character limit looms large? What a simple emoticon can do in chat needs a long string of characters in twitter. Not Any More!! Joy.ly has arrived, an application which should have ideally been developed long back.

I still wonder what took it so long for people to realize the need of something as simple as emoticons which can be inserted in tweets while they were scratching their head for ideas.

Joy.ly, in simple words, is a Twitter based application which allows you to add emoticons, pictures, special art, Unicode characters and other decoration. This will definitely spice up your tweet, give it a special touch and enhance your overall tweeting experience. Smiley faces, hearts, stars, small works of art, symbols can beautifully adorn your tweet and bring a smile on your face. The site present six categories of art to choose from– Popular, Text, Symbols, Stars, Arrows and Actions.

It is a very simple FREE tool with absolutely no unnecessary showstoppers like installation, registration or compatibility with browser or operating system issues. You can chose from over 100 unicode characters available. However, on the flipside some users may not be able to read or view some symbols as some Operating Systems like Windows do not support Unicode characters properly. In such cases, users are suggested to link tweets back to the site to view the character.

Users just have to authenticate their account through Auth and then as the name of the tools suggest, its Joie De Vivre!!
